Roosje was the author of the Time to Momo Paris travelguide for 7 years. In this role, she was responsible for all the copy, both in the hardcopy as the online edition. The Paris travelguide is the best sold travelguide about Paris in the Benelux and has recently been launched in the United States.
When Time to Momo launched their cookbook Stedenlust, she wrote a piece about the French cuisine that Paris is so famous for.
